High Cirrus, highlighted in red by normal light pollution from one of the most northern towns of Alberta, stand against the bright green of the northern lights. It is likely coincidence that makes the clouds and Aurora seem connected in some ways at parts of the sky. There is no ground horizon shown exempt for a small outline of trees in the bottom-right of the frame.
