Announcement Regarding Footage Licensing
A significant change to my policy regarding the use of my footage and visual assets.
I have made the decision to cease all licensing of my entire library of footage. This means that I will no longer be granting new licenses for the use of any of my previously produced or future footage in third-party projects, whether commercial or non-commercial.
What This Means for Users
- For Current Licensees: Essentially, you're good to go. If you have a valid, pre-existing licensing agreement for my footage, the terms of that agreement remain in force as outlined in your original contract.
- For New Projects: With exception of Fair Use, please be aware that you cannot use any of my footage in any new content, productions, advertisements, or public displays without my express written permission, which, under this new policy, I will not be granting.
This change is being implemented as I evolve my focus for the road ahead.
