    Lenticular clouds (the continuation of another clip mixed in with other mid-level clouds. Lenticular clouds come in a variety of shapes but they are unique in that they are generally stationary.

    in Yosemite above Bridalveil Falls. There is a rainbow visible in the waterfall due to the angle of the sunlight. There is a 2-mile hike to climb to get here, away from Tunnel Viewpoint. The rainbow only appears part of the year, and heat-distortion from the day is usually visible.

    The south flank of the top of Spencer Butte, with no sky shown, only fog lapping against the right-side of the forest just below, near sundown. A trail or two leads down to a few Atlas Cedars before the tree line, and a rocky foreground is above a grassy hillside slope.

    Blowing right-left, from the north, this one second interval clip is capturing wind-blown fog stratus just below and upper-level stratus clouds in the top fifth of the frame in the sky. Harvest Gold and Ginger Brown-colored by the late afternoon against one very narrow strip of clear blue-sky far away.
