Scene notes:

This wide vista is on the top of the butte called Spencer Butte in Oregon. The stratus of fog below and far away to the coast range is pierced by several hills and ridges with full tree cover. The foreground trees are silhouetted. The sun moves tower in the top-left, and the golds turn reddish. There is a layer of high clouds as well in the fraction of the frame that composes the actual sky.

Important Public Announcement Regarding Footage Licensing

A significant change to my policy regarding the use of my footage and visual assets.

Effective Oct 14, 2025, I have made the decision to cease all external licensing of my entire library of footage. This means that I will no longer be granting new licenses for the use of any of my previously produced or future footage in third-party projects, whether commercial or non-commercial. This change is being implemented as I evolve my focus for the road ahead.

What This Means for Users

For Current Licensees: If you have a valid, pre-existing licensing agreement for my footage, the terms of that agreement remain in force as outlined in your original contract. Please refer to your specific contract for details.

For New Projects: With exception of Fair Use, please be aware that you cannot use any of my footage in any new content, productions, advertisements, or public displays without my express written permission, which, under this new policy, I will not be granting.
